Hiatus
Traders listed as hiatus may still play normally, but play less actively i.e. update less than once a month. Others may be on full hiatus, that is taking a break from playing for a longer period of time. You may move yourself to hiatus at any time via the Trader Panel if you're taking a break from playing etc. There is no limit as to how long you can be on hiatus.- It is best to put yourself on hiatus when you know you won't be actively playing more than once a month.
- It's not required to contact Icera after moving to hiatus, but feel free to let me know (so I know you're okay ^^)
- If URL is broken or no visible section to So Magical occurs during hiatus your account may be removed (unless there is given notice beforehand).
- To be moved back to the active list, please contact Icera.

Inactive
Traders are automatically placed on inactive if their site falls in one or more of the following issues. All forms turned in from these traders are considered invalid and will be automatically deleted unless it regards fixing the said issue. Traders will be emailed if put on inactive by Icera.- Log has not been updated for one month. For those with a split Activity/Trade log, the Activity log will be checked, not Trade.
- URL is broken or no visible section to So Magical. Sites with this issue will be removed from the server after one month.
- To move back to active you must reply to the email that was sent to you regarding said issue.
