Can I be a sibling site?
That answer depends entirely on your personality, your site design/content, and overall outlook on Sailormoon. The sibling sites I have right now reflect the quality and personality of a site that I find balance with Neo Nobility in some way. I also stay in contact with ALL of my siblings (or at least I try). They are not siblings just for front page linkage, which is why I have so few siblings. You can always email me if you want to inquire about being a sibling.
Will you link me/link exchange?
I no longer do link exchanges. If you own a Sailormoon site, you can put it on the plugboard yourself.
Can I copy or take anything from your site?
You make take things if it specifically indicates so on that page. Other than that? Do not contemplate any ideas of stealing, direct linking, or copying. I've had to deal with countless copiers and one less copier would really make my day. Thank you.

Yes this is a frequently asked question. Obviously there are those who don't even ask...but anyways...I can say there more Sailormoon sites on the net that I can count and what am I to stop you from making another one? Even if you credit me, what's the point? I'm not trying to be sarcastic, but if I already have a site, why are you making a mirror? So if you do plan to make a copy of this site...DON'T. Make one that is original to you!
Why do you have siblings and not sisters/affiliates?
Everyone uses the terms sisters/affiliates. I wanted to have something different and original plus some of my siblings are not girls (i.e. sisters) so I needed a new term. There is also a difference between the definition of sister (much closer) and affiliates (regard as a similar site). NN does not have any affiliates. We have siblings. NN is the first site to use the term siblings, until everyone started to use it.
Where do all your brushes come from?
I rarely use any pre-made brushes that you can download off of sites for any of my layouts. Most brushes I use are default Adobe circle brushes. Anything that looks like a brush probably isn't...it's probably a font that I altered. If I do use any brushes for my layouts they are listed in the Credit section.
How did you learn HTML and Photoshop?
One of the best ways to learn something is to guess. Yes. Experiment around until you figure things out! I would also suggest lots of practice as with any other skill you want to excel in. If you're just completely lost, I would recommend searching for a tutorial site of some kind through a search engine.
How come you don't slice your images up to load faster?
Slicing an image to load faster is a myth. Slicing doesn't make your images load faster. In some cases slicing images actually takes longer to load since you have to add in the extra HTML coding. I really suggest you try it one of these days. Don't always listen to the popular trend.
I've seen you give layouts as presents...will you make me one?
Quite true, I use to do that a lot for Christmas/Birthday presents to my siblings. As of late, I rarely do it anymore. If I do, it's usually on a random whim.
Will you make me custom graphics?
I rarely ever make free custom graphics. Most graphics come with a fee. If you want a pre-made layout/graphics the Multimedia page has an assortment. You can ask...if you're polite, you never know.
Can you help me with ______?
If it's to help with something you're stuck at sure. Just depends on what types of things you want me to do. I'm not about to code your layout for you or other similar tasks. I will help with snippets or questions on Sailormoon in general. Don't try to take advantage of me please.

Where did you get all your images from?
Unless otherwise stated, I scan in 99% of all my images from my own Sailormoon artbooks and the manga.
Where do you get your information from?
There are three steps I take. I read the manga and derive. I check out other online sources. Last, I check the English translated manga. So my words/names might vary from other sites as to how I interpret it.

When will you finish scanning in ____?
Please do not rush me. It takes time to scan in and edit each page of any chapter of the manga or artbook. By telling me to rush and hurry up to finish something just so you can have pleasure in it, doesn't help. Rather I will be irked by it and just decide not to scan in anything at all because my work is un-appreciated. I have never dropped a project without prior notice, so if you don't see a manga chapter/scan up in 1-2 weeks, do NOT email me...it means I am currently busy with university studies and work.
